At stylaar.nl, we understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel an order, we're happy to help. Below are the details of our cancellation policy.
Cancellation period for orders
Time limit: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After this period, the order will be processed immediately and can no longer be canceled.
How to cancel: Send an email to support@stylaar.nl as soon as possible with your order number and the message that you want to cancel the order. We will let you know if the cancellation was successful.
Cancellations after shipment
If your order has already shipped, we can no longer cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return once you receive the item. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policyfor more information.
Refunds for canceled orders
When your cancellation request is approved:

Processing time: It may take up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Changes to your order
If you'd like to change your order (eg, size or color), please contact us within the same cancellation period. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes depend on the status of your order.
